PPR approaches real estate research as an applied science in which we learn how markets work and then help clients apply that fact-based view to specific real estate investment needs. Our primary mission is to accurately understand how real estate market fundamentals and capital flows produce returns and risks.

PPR employs a two-tiered approach to researching and analyzing real estate markets—top down and bottom up. A team of quantitative economists have developed proprietary models that process inputs from our own team of market analysts and numerous data sources. The forecasts are validated by our team of market economists, who cover each real estate market from the ground up. Together these teams triangulate on the true market conditions and prospects for a market’s performance.

Armed with a full arsenal of quantitative and qualitative evidence, we share our views with clients and advise them on what to do, where to do it, and, just as importantly, what not to do.
